Photowatt, being successful with its first CrystalMax furnace, expands its production by ordering new furnaces to ECM.
JINKO Solar has awarded ECM Greentech a contract for the delivery and installation of G6 CrystalMax crystallization furnace. A new important step for the development of CrystalMax in Asia. Delivery will start in Q2 2017.
GCL, the number one silicon wafer producer of the solar industry invests in CrystalMax to get higher efficiencies and compatibility with diamond wafer slicing method.
ECM annouces its newest furnace design for silicon crystallization. It is a G8 furnace specifically designed for CrystalMax, with a charge of 1,500Kg. The capacity of this new furnace is about 20MW/year. The first furnace has been ordered by the CEA INES research institute.
After years of R&D efforts, our innovative CrystalMax process goes into production at Photowatt, France. This is a great accomplishement and reward for the team.
ECM Greentech secures an order for an R&D turnkey line with our specific CrystalMax process for ingot growth and diamond wire for the wafer slicing process.
