Czochralski method
In the Czochralski method, a silicon seed is placed in a molten bath and pulled upwards by a rotating rod. This method allows to produce large single crystals used for cutting-edge applications, such as electronic chips and optics.
Kyropoulos method
The Kyropoulos method is generally used to grow large sapphire single crystals. Thanks to its low constant thermal gradient growth process, the Kyropoulos method is widely used for growing materials sensitive to mechanical and thermomechanical stresses.
BRIDGMAN
Material melting in a crucible with a slow cooling for mono crystal growing.
MIRROR FURNACE
Heating energy is obtained by focusing light on a small area of the processed rod using high efficiency reflective and concentrating mirrors.
