An MOU has been signed between Laurent Pelissier, CEO of ECM and the Sheikh Mohammed Suhail Salem Ham Alameri with the company Al Hosn. This agreement is the starting point of a collaboration to reinforce the presence of ECM in the GCC countries and develop new projects in the field of renewable energies.
ECM annouces its newest furnace design for silicon crystallization. It is a G8 furnace specifically designed for CrystalMax, with a charge of 1,500Kg. The capacity of this new furnace is about 20MW/year. The first furnace has been ordered by the CEA INES research institute.
After years of R&D efforts, our innovative CrystalMax process goes into production at Photowatt, France. This is a great accomplishement and reward for the team.
