June 14^th to 16^th, ECM Greentech was exhibiting in Intersolar Munich, one of the world’s biggest solar exhibition, organized by the Smarter E Europe.

ECM Greentech was showcasing its equipment and solutions for turnkey lines dedicated to renewable energies and their storage. Since 2009, in close partnership with a world leading research centre on solar energy CEA-INES (National Institute of Solar Energy, France), ECM Greentech has developed a new crystallization process called CrystalMax, one of the most competitive silicon ingoting technology today.

SEMCO Smartech, a subsidiary of ECM Greentech was exhibiting as well. It is specialized in the manufacturing of equipment for photovoltaic cells, for thermal processes such as diffusion, passivation and oxidation, powering the latest TOPCon technologies.

As part of its search for partnerships, this event is once again part of ECM Greentech’s involvement with the French start-up Carbon, which aims to deploy a vertically integrated Gigafactory from silicon ingot to solar panels, while further consolidating its position in the solar industry.

Thanks to its expertise in the aforementioned fields, ECM Greentech is one of the leading companies for tomorrow’s advanced applications in renewable energies and associated industries.

Ceramic Network is a major french conference within the ceramic industry. ECM Greentech was presenting its high temperature vacuum furnaces.

Semicon Southeast Asia,
28-30 May 2023, Penang – Malaysia
The aim of the SEMI Southeast Asia office is to provide all of the SEMI International Services to the region in a timely manner.

ECM Greentech will be co-exhibiting with its subsidiary SEMCO Smartech, to Intersolar Europe from June 14th to 16th in Munich – Germany, booth B0.210.

May: ECM Greentech was present at the Intersolar exhibition with its partner INES.

September: ECM Greentech participated to Semicon Taiwan along with its subsidiaries, SEMCO Smartech and Annealsys.

October: ECM Greentech and ECM Technologies were present in Lyon – France at the World Powder and Metallurgy exhibition.

November: ECM Greentech also participated to Semicon Europa in Munich – Germany.

December: ECM Greentech was present with its subsidiary Annealsys at Semicon Japan.

What we have achieved:

Last summer, ECM Greentech has integrated ECM Technologies’ vacuum furnaces activity for its high-end applications, like brazing, sintering, annealing, degassing and other heat treatment of metals.

ECM Greentech also signed a partnership with the industrial start up CARBON. In order to achieve its project to produce 5GW of solar panels made in France by 2025 and 20GW by 2030, CARBON has decided to call on ECM Greentech’s expertise in renewable energies, to bring its know-how with production line to produce wafers, ingots, units and modules made of high-end quality low carbon german silicon.
This partnership falls within the french project of energetic transition and carbon neutrality by 2050. And while a good majority of photovoltaic cells is imported from China, none of the european players rank in the world’s top 10 in the production of solar panels. More than a french project, the Gigafactory will play a key role in the RePowerEU strategy.

February 1st, ECM Greentech’s general manager met the French Minister for Ecological Transition Ms Barbara Pompili, to celebrate an Indo-French cooperation on smart mobility and the electrification of urban vehicles.

ECM Greentech and its French technological partner Novum Tech, are about to commission an innovative solution to electrify vehicles, adapted to the Indian market.

ECM Greentech manages this project consisting in the supply of a battery assembly turnkey line, as well as the technology transfer, which is scheduled to start in 2021.
